Description
To commemorate America’s semiquincentennial and in partnership with America250, Mottahedeh has created this stunning shell dish with a gleaming bald eagle in the center. The American bald eagle was officially adopted as our national symbol and placed on the great seal of the United States in 1782. It represents freedom, strength, and courage. The eagle holds an olive branch (peace), in one talon and arrows (military strength) in the other. Perfect for your own collection or for gifts to those who want to remember this important American Anniversary, these Mottahedeh designs will have a lasting legacy.
